Minimal Hardware/Software Requirements
Desktop Browsers
- Operating System: Windows, macOS, or Linux (modern versions within the last 4 years)
- Browser: Latest stable versions of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (64-bit versions are mandatory)
- RAM: Minimum of 4 GB
- Processor: Any modern 64-bit dual-core processor or better
- Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection (minimum 5 Mbps download speed)
Android Devices
- OS Version: Android 10 or higher, recommended 12+
- RAM: Minimum of 4 GB
- Processor: Quad-core processor or better
- Device Age: Manufactured within the last 4 years
iOS Devices
- OS Version: iOS 11.0 with latest updates
- RAM: Minimum of 4 GB
- Device Age: Manufactured within the last 4 years
VR Devices

Pico Devices: Play it is distributed exclusively through the Pico Business Store (Enterprise Store).
Note: Newer Quest and PICO models should also work, but we have not been able to test them due to hardware availability.
Unsupported Configurations
Certain hardware and software configurations can prevent our platform from functioning correctly. The following are known issues that may arise from unsupported configurations:
- Citrix Environments/Remote Desktops: Our platform is not supported in Citrix environments due to compatibility issues with virtualized hardware and software layers.
- Outdated Hardware/Software: Devices older than 4 years or running outdated operating systems may experience performance issues or may not support the latest browser versions required for optimal performance.
