The 'Courses' page explained

The “Courses” page shows an overview of all courses that can be used by your organization. 

 

The 'Courses' page is divided in two columns: Courses and Groups.

 

The 'Courses' column

In the Courses column you can see all the categories that are available for your organization.




A training can be turned on or off by by using the slider next to the name of the course.
This only disables the course from being playable for the whole organization, this does not assign/unassign he course from a group. The course must still be assigned via the method described further below.


 

 The 'Groups' column

In order to be able to complete a certain training, a user must be linked to this training.
To make the managing of your users run more smoothly the linking of users to courses is done by means of groups.
It it is therefore not possible to link a user directly to a course.
Next to the Courses column, you will see a list of all groups in your organization in the Groups column.



To link a course/category to one of the groups, you must first select the course/category using the check box.
Then you can link a group by clicking on the '+' sign next to the group. Confirm clicking 'Add'.




To unlink a course/category, you click on the '-' sign. Confirm by clicking 'Remove'.
