You can activate or deactivate a user on the 'User' page
Deactivate
Select the user you want to deactivate and click on 'Select Action' and click on 'Deactivate users'
Confirm that you want to deactivate the user
User has now been deactivated as you can see under 'Status'
Activate
Select the user you want to activate and click on 'Select Action' and click on 'Reactivate users'
Confirm that you want to reactive the user
User has now been reactivated as you can see under 'Status'
