Functional do's and do not's
- Regularly save your work to prevent data loss.
- For optimal mobile device experience, the recommended resolution for 360 images is 3000x1500 pixels, and file sizes should not exceed 10MB.
- When using standard images instead of 360 images in a bubble, it is also advisable to keep the file size under 10MB.
- Images intended for popups within bubbles should have a maximum file size of 5MB, with a recommended resolution of 1000x1000 pixels.
- Videos can be up to 150MB in size, with a suggested resolution of 1280x720 pixels.
- Supported image file formats include .png and .jpg.
- Before uploading photos, check their orientation, as they will display in the orientation they were captured.
- The only supported video file format is .mp4.
- If your file is not in the correct format, ensure you convert it properly; simply renaming the file extension will not suffice.
- When uploading assets, use clear and descriptive names to keep your asset library well-organized.
- The automatic transition feature allows users to seamlessly move to the next bubble without the need for a teleport marker.
- For better course retention, it is advisable to create multiple smaller, digestible courses instead of one large course. Breaking content into 5-15 minute "micro-learnings" enhances user retention.
- Minimize the amount of text presented, as excessive reading can lead to a diminished user experience.
