# Hoe gebruikers in bulk wijzigen?

Om meerdere gebruikers tegelijk te wijzigen hebben we de optie Nieuwe gebruikers importeren beschikbaar op de pagina 'Gebruikers'.  
Met behulp van een Excel-bestand kun je eenvoudig al je gebruikers in één keer bijwerken.

De eerste stap om de gebruikers bij te werken, is het bijwerken van het Excel-bestand dat je hebt gebruikt om alle gebruikers te importeren.

Zodra het Excel-bestand is voltooid en opgeslagen, kunt u teruggaan naar de Play it-portal en het updateproces starten.

Op de gebruikerspagina klik je op 'Selecteer actie' en kies je voor 'Nieuwe gebruikers importeren'.

Omdat we de gebruikers willen bijwerken, moet je 'bijwerken' selecteren

Klik op 'Upload list of users' (Gebruikerslijst uploaden) in het pop-upvenster Import new users (Nieuwe gebruikers importeren).

Selecteer het opgeslagen Excel-bestand en klik op "Volgende".  
Ons systeem zal nu het importbestand valideren.

Wanneer het Excel-bestand is gevalideerd, krijg je een overzicht van het aantal gebruikers dat het systeem zal bijwerken.

Bevestig door "Importeren" te selecteren

Je ontvangt een e-mail zodra het importeren is voltooid.
