# How do I export the results?

## How do I pull a customizable results Excel export?

Export Results

To be able to use the results in your administration outside the portal, you can easily export all the results using the 'Select Action' button. Click on 'Export Results' to get the export pop-up.

Select the time range on the left and select all the groups and categories of which you want to export the results.  
**If your selection is final, click on the 'Generate report' button.**

The report gets generated and once this is successful, you can download the Excel report by clicking the 'Download' button.  
**Important: If you do not generate a new report, the download option will download the last report that got generated.**

Once downloaded, you can open the report in Excel.
